Within our resources, we provide limited services to external customers. We lend Finnra publications while other library materials are available in reference use. A PC-workstation is available in the library for customers who want to make searches in our Library catalogue or Internet sources. We have got a comprehensive collection of research reports made or financed by Finnra and we compile annual catalogues of these reports. Most of our publications are in Finnish including an English abstract. Since 1990 Finnra has published over one hundred items entirely in English, all available in our library.

The Library of Finnish Road Administration is a special library of road and transport related literature. Its main objective is to support the work of Finnra staff by providing relevant information and publications for professional and organizational development. The library maintains connections to varied information sources in order to answer the employees´ requests.
